We are factory, we have advanced machines to produceQ2.We have our own factories with 3000 square meters and 60 staffs, and have more than 8 years experience.

Q3.What's file format can use? 
JPG, PDF, EPS, PSD,AI....

Q4.What’s the difference between CMYK and RGB?

CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key [Black]) are the colors we use in the printing process. RGB (RGB) are the colors used in monitors and screen displays. Create your document in CMYK mode so that the colors on your screen match as closely as the final printed product. Printing in RGB could result in color variation.

Q5. What is the sample time and mass production time?
1. Sample time is 1-3 days. 
2. Mass production time will depend on the quantity.
3. Small order production time is 1-3 days, middle order 5-10 days, big order 10-20 days.

Q6.Can I get free sample? Or what is the policy of sample order in your company?

Free sample making, the customer needs to pay the sample express fee, we will deduct the sample express fee after the formal order.  

Q7.Can you send me a price catalogue of ?
Most of our products are customized, different customers have different requirements. Just tell us what you need, and we'll give the most suitable solution for you.

Q8. What's your shipping method?
1. By Sea ( it's cheap and good for big order)
2. By Air ( it's very fast and good for small order) 
3. By Express, we have much discount account of FedEx, DHL, UPS,TNT, etc... ( door to door service)
